2025. 01. 08(수) / 폭설로 인한 버스 출근

간밤에 눈이 정말 많이 왔다.

간밤에 눈이 정말 많이 왔다.

차를 타고 출근할까 했지만 버스가 나을 거 같다는 생각이 들어 오랜만에 버스를 타고 출근했다.

 

버스를 타고 출근하니 편하긴 하다.

가만히 앉아만 있어도 알아서 목적지에 바래다 준다.

 

운동이 끝나고 회사로 걸어가는 길에 서브웨이에 들렀다.

나리씨가 일한다는 사실을 알고 있어서, 마침 종강도 했고 인사도 할겸

겸사겸사 들르게 되었는데 다행히 일하고 있었다.

 

덕분에 무료로 쿠키도 3개나 받았다.

거 참, 많이 해준것도 없는데 받기만 하는 거 같아 미안한 마음이 좀 든다.

 

이렇게 대중교통을 이용하고 걸어서 출근하는 게 마치 소소한 아침 일탈(?) 같은 느낌이었다.

그래서 그런가 기분이 괜히 좋아졌다.

 

오늘 하루도 주어진 하루에 감사하며 최선을 다해 살자.

 

It snowed a lot last night.

I was thinking of driving to work, but I felt that taking the bus might be better,

so I took the bus to work for the first time in a while.

 

Taking the bus to work is indeed comfortable.

I just sit still, and it takes me to my destination.

 

After working out, I stopped by Subway on my way to work.

I know that Ms.Nari works there, and we ended my lecture last week, which is why I dropped by to say hello.

Fortunately, she was working.

 

Thanks to her, I even got three cookies for free.

Well, I feel a bit guilty, as if I'm just receiving without giving much in return.

 

Taking public transportation and walking to work felt like a small morning escape.

Maybe that's why I felt oddly happy.

 

Let's be grateful for another day given to me and do my best today.
